These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Convergence (the “Game”). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. If you are under the age required to form a binding legal agreement in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

The Game, including software, design, artwork, music, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Munchkin Marketing Ltd. trading as Black Radius Labs or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
We may update or modify the Game, add or remove features, reset leaderboards, fix bugs, balance gameplay, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent storage of scores or progress.
The Game may include online leaderboards using automatically generated player names. You agree not to cheat, exploit gameplay, manipulate scores, use bots/automation, or disrupt fair play. We may remove scores or restrict access where abuse is suspected.
The Game may display rewarded advertisements provided by third-party partners. Viewing ads is optional unless required for specific in-game rewards. Ad content is controlled by third-party providers, not by us.
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, including premium features. All purchases are processed securely by Google Play Billing and governed by Google Play’s payment and refund policies. We do not store payment card details and do not control refund decisions made by Google. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the Game at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud/fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for loss of data/scores/progress, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits/revenue/goodwill, or device damage/software conflicts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game in the previous 12 months (if any).
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Game. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at the published webpage with the updated date shown above. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where required by local consumer law, you may also have rights in your country of residence.
